Baked Pasta Grilled

Pasta al Forno Grigliata
(This is for 4 people)
Ingredients
14.110 oz (400 g) pasta tipo 'mezze maniche'
17.635 oz (500 g) sausage
15.873 oz (500 g) zucchini
28.220 oz (800 g) tomato sauce
8.818 oz (250 g) mozzarella
2.470 oz (70 g) Grana Padano cheese
1 grated nutmeg
½ teaspoon of ginger
½ teaspoon of turmeric
½ cup of dry white wine (prosecco)
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure

In a pan put 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, ½ clove of garlic, let it brown.
Strip 17.635 oz (500 g) of sausage and mash the pulp, add it into the pan and stir.
Add ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 grated nutmeg, ½ teaspoon of turmeric and let their brown.
Add ½ cup of dry white wine (prosecco). Once the wine has evaporated, add 28.220 oz (800 g) of tomato sauce, salt to taste and cook for 35 minutes.
In a pan pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, ½ clove garlic, add the chopped rosemary and zucchini cut in thin slices.
Cook zucchini.
Turn off the heat under the pan.
Bring to boil water, add salt to taste, 14.110 oz (400 g) of pasta and cook it until is 'al dente'.
Drain pasta well, put it in a pot, add a ladle of sauce, 2 tablespoons of Grana Padano cheese and mix them well.
In a baking dish pour a ladle of sauce, 7.055 oz (200 g) of pasta, add zucchini well spread on the pasta, add the slices of mozzarella and 3 tablespoons of Grana Padano cheese grated.
Repeat the same operation.
In a dish mix well Grana cheese grated and bread crumbs, sprike it well over the pasta.
Preheat oven to 180° leaving the baking pan in oven for 10 minutes ( at the bottom of the oven ).
Move tha baking pan under the grill other 10 minutes untill formed a golden crust.
Add black pepper to taste.

Serve it very hot.
