SPAGHETTI AL TONNO E OLIVE NERE




(Spaghetti tuna and black olives)


(This is for 4 people)


 Ingredients

14.110 oz spaghetti
7.055 oz tuna in oil
3.530 oz pitted black olives
7.055 oz tomato sauce
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon oregano
salt to taste

Procedure

Pour into a pan 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3.530 oz of black olives cut into rings.
Cook them 3 minutes and add well drained tuna oil, cook it another 3 minutes and add 7.055 oz tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon curry, 1 tablespoon oregano and salt.
105.820 oz of water to boiling in a pot, pour into it the spaghetti and cook them 6 minutes, drain the spaghetti and transfer them to a serving dish, add the sauce and serve it.
