FORMAGGIO PRIMO SALE DORATO

(Primo Sale Golden Cheese)


 
(This is for 4 people)
Ingredients

14.100 oz primo sale cheese
5.290 oz corn flour for precooked polenta
1.760 oz soybean oil
0.350 oz aniseed
salt to taste
PROCEDURE 

Cut cheese into long 3.9 inches and thick 0.390 inches square slices.
Moisten it with a little water. Pass it in 5.290 oz corn flour and mixed with 0.350 oz of aniseed.
Grease well with 1.760 oz of soybean oil the pan and put it over high heat to make it heat well.
Put slices of cheese in the pan far apart and let it gild 4 minutes on one side and the other 4 minutes.
Serve it hot at the table with vegetables such as broccoli or tomatoes.
Extra virgin olive oil can be replaced with soybean oil to make food lighter and easier to digest.
