Rice and Blacks Beans
(This is for 4 people)
Ingredients
10.580 oz (gr. 300) carnaroli rice
7.055 oz (gr. 200) blacks beans canned
1 onion
  ½ teaspoon ginger
  chopped parsley
  4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  salt and black pepper to taste
Procedure  
Put water to boil in a large pot.
 When the water boils pour 10.580 (gr. 300) oz of carnaroli rice (important:  NOT add salt) and let it boil.
 After  about 15 minutes when find that rice is al dente, drain it and pass it  under the cast of cold water to remove starch from it that it has  released and let it dry.  
While  waiting for the rice dries himself  put on a pan over medium heat with 4  tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 onion cut into rounds.
 When the onion is browned add the rice dried and canned blacks beans .
 Continue to turn it around, add salt and black pepper to taste.
 When the rice is crispy finally add chopped parsley and ½ teaspoon of ginger.
 The dish is finished and it is very simple but it is very good!!!
 You can serve it hot or warm
