Pesto a modo mio


Pesto in my own way



(This is for 4 people)
Ingredients

0.070 oz garlic
1.760 oz pine nuts
1.060 oz spicy provolone
2.115 oz grana padano
1.060 oz basil leaves
1.060 oz parsley leaves
2.115 oz water
0.530 oz extra virgin olive oil
14.110 oz pasta
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Procedure

Boil water for pasta.
Mix 0.070 oz of garlic and 1.760 oz of pine nuts to obtain a powder.
Leave the garlic and pine nuts in the mix and add them 2.225 oz of grana padano and 1.060 oz of spicy provolone and mix them. They make a powder.
Always leaving all the ingredients in the mix, add 1.060 oz of parsley and 1.060 oz of basil leaves. Also add 2.115 oz of water and mix them.
Finished mixing, put it all into a bowl and mix well with a spoon and adding in it 0.530 oz of extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
When the water boiling, add 14.110 oz pasta twists or you want.
Dress pasta with pesto serve it immediately.
