Tagliatelle al salmone affumicato

(Tagliatelle with smoked salmon)
(This is for 4 people)

Ingredients

14.110 oz egg noodles
8.818 oz smoked salmon
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1.760 oz white wine
½ onion
1 clove garlic
4 sprigs rosemary
4 sprigs sage
1 tuft of parsley
1 teaspoon curry powder
28.220 oz sauce bottle
salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure

Put in a pot 141.010 oz of water, add a tablespoon of salt and bring it to a boil.
Pour into a pan 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add ½ onion and a clove of garlic, chopped.
Chop the rosemary, sage, parsley and pour them into the pan, when they are brown add the salmon, cut into strips and cook 3 minutes.
Add 1.760 oz white wine and let it evaporate for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce, curry powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste, let it cook for 30 minutes.
Pour the pasta and cook it . Drain the pasta, pour it in a plate, mix it well with the sauce and serve it immediately.
Homemade fresh egg pasta

14.100 oz flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
4 eggs

Get a ball, spread it very thin and flour.
Folding the sheet obtained and cut into strips.
Pour into a pot and boil for 1 minutes.
Drain them and dress them.
