FESA DI TACCHINO GRIGLIATA CON SPEZIE


(GRILED TURKEY BREAST WITH SPICES)


(This is for 4 people)

Ingredients

28.220 oz turkey breast                     
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons powder ginger
1 tablespoon powder cinnamon
10 crushed juniper berries
1 lemon squeezed
salt to taste

POCEDURE

Pour in a pan lemon squeezed, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons powder ginger, 1 tablespoon powder cinnamon, 10 crushed juniper berries and mix them.
Cut into slices 0.40 inches high of turkey breast.
Put in a bowl the slices overlapping of turkey breast and dress each layers with spices.
Marinate meat 1 hour.
Heat the grill well, cook meat 5 minutes on one side and the other 5 minutes.
Put it in serving dish, add salt and a little extra virgin olive oil.
